Yes we do require a 50% deposit to secure your booking and begin the design process. The remaining balance will be due before production or as agreed upon booking.

This will depend on the scale of the project but we would recommend at least 3 weeks prior to the pick-up or delivery date (consider buffer for shipping delays).
Placing your order as early as possible, especially for weddings and larger events allows plenty of time for designing, revisions, production, and delivery.
Whenever our schedule allows, yes! Rush fees may apply depending on your timeline and project requirements.
Production times vary depending on the product and order size. We’ll provide an estimated timeline when your order is confirmed.

We want you to love your design. One minor revision is included for a template selected from the catalogue.
For fully customized works, three revisions are included.
Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur additional fees.
Once a design has been approved and production has begun, changes may no longer be possible. Please review all proofs carefully before giving final approval.
Unfortunately, approved artwork becomes your final authorization to print or produce. Pocketfull cannot be responsible for errors approved by the customer.
